Terms of Service

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aicloudsconsulting.com and the Aicloud training platform (together, the "Service"), operated by Aicloud Consulting ("Aicloud," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including when signing in with Google or Facebook. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Using the Service

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or program access with anyone not authorized to use it.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute course materials, recordings, or platform content without permission.
  • Disrupt, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Courses, Enrollment & Payment

Program details, pricing, and enrollment terms are presented at the time you apply or enroll. Paid packages are billed online at checkout; refund eligibility and how to request one are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Program schedules are governed by the specific terms shown during enrollment for that program.

Live Classes, Meetings & Recording

Live classes and 1:1 meetings may be recorded for teaching, review, or quality purposes. By joining a session that is being recorded, you consent to that recording. Recordings are stored and accessed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its course content, software, and branding, is owned by Aicloud or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal educational use.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google, Facebook, Supabase, and LiveKit, to provide sign-in, hosting, and live-session functionality. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aicloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
