Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aicloud Consulting ("Aicloud," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use aicloudsconsulting.com and the Aicloud training platform (the "Service"), including when you sign up or sign in with Google or Facebook.

Account information. Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, country, and address you provide when registering, applying, or enrolling.

Sign-in with Google or Facebook. If you sign in using Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider so we can create or match your account. We never receive or store your Google or Facebook password.

Program and progress data. Course enrollment, assignments, grades, attendance, messages, and progress within the training platform.

Live class and meeting data. Recordings, chat messages, and attendance for live classes and 1:1 meetings you participate in.

Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected automatically via cookies and standard web logging.

We use the information above to:

• Create and secure your account, and verify your identity when you sign in.
• Deliver courses, track progress, and provide instructor/student communication tools.
• Operate live classes and meetings, including optional session recording.
• Send account, enrollment, and service-related communications.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing that service to us:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• LiveKit — real-time video/audio for live classes and meetings.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google and Facebook — only to authenticate you when you choose to sign in with those providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aicloud, our users, or the public.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.

We retain account and program data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your data, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

You can review and update your account information at any time from your account settings. You may also request that we:

• Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated personal data (see below).

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email akhamis@aicloudsconsulting.com from the email address associated with your account, or ask your program administrator. We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

If you signed in with Facebook and remove Aicloud from your Facebook app settings, Facebook will notify us and we will treat that as a deletion request for the data associated with that sign-in.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 15 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
